Refund, Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns, please contact us with your order number (found on the email receipt), and we will work with you to make it right ! 

Regrettably, according to our store policy, we cannot accommodate cancellations or refunds for any orders. Customers will receive a gift card for the same. You will be only able to change your product once.

Returns & Exchange Procedure

To initiate an exchange, contact our customer service team on +9310326007 within 14 days of receiving the item. Provide the order ID, purchased size, and the requested size for exchange. 

Shipping the Exchange: If the exchange is confirmed, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. Please let us know the tracking ID via whatsapp or our email.

Quality Check: All exchanges will undergo a quality check by our team. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product is returned after use or is damaged.

Processing Time: Upon receiving the returned item, we will process the exchange within 5-7 business days.

Custom Orders

Any sizes which are not given specifically will only be followed by the default size chart.

Exchange 

We understand that your apparel might not be the perfect fit on the first try. Our exchange policy lasts 14 days. Please contact our team for exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

We do not facilitate cancellation of orders, after 12 hours of purchase in any case.

Order Status 

You will receive regular email updates on the status of your order. 

Restrictions 

We will try to reach all corners from King Couture. If there are any delivery restrictions, on your address you will see at the time of purchase.
